Its hot outside. (102') Im inside with air conditioning. It just happened all of a sudden. I feel a little better now that Im sitting. When I move my head side to side, it kind of feels like"water"(just slightly) I dont have a headache. I had a quick pain that came and went. But I feel okay. Could it just be the HEAT? Or stress? I noticed when Im not speaking, my teeth are clenched together?!! Please dont make me worry. Thanks everyone!! :)

Dehydration, like others have pointed out, is a very good possibility. If you want to be safe, you may look into taking a glucose tolerance test. Again, it could be dehydration if you aren't drinking plenty of pure water. Or, it could even be a form of migraine. Migraines aren't necessarily headaches. A migraine can cause things like dizziness or tunnel vision without any experienced pain. It could also be an allergy. Perhaps there are certain pollens you are allergic to, and your reaction is light-headedness. Most of these possibilities can only be diagnosed if you carefully log your activities in a journal. Write down what you eat and when you eat it, when you drink water and how much, the time of year, etc... If it IS an allergy, you may have to keep a journal such as this for a year or more before finally having enough information to discern an obvious pattern. The glucose tolerance test, however, can be performed by a doctor. It requires some fasting the night before, though, and can take a few hours at the doctor's office or lab, so you might need to take a day off for this.

Well, think about it physiologically for a minute. You've just given your boyfriend a b job and assuming he isn't a "quick shooter", it must have lasted for a while. So blood in his body is flowing all over the place and faster/quicker than normal. Add in all the testosterone and endorphins to the mix and no wonder he's a little light headed! And no, a tongue piercing will have nothing to do with his light headed condition.

sound like you need to drink alot more water than you probably are right now and for the teeth clenching it more than likely is stress induced try relaxation exercises, and for sure more water if it gets worse go sto the doctor.

Dehydration can cause that. Often, people do not realize that they are dehydrated. Try to get 60 Oz. of water per day. Sorry, cafenated drinks cause dehydration, they do not help it.
