usually they decend at birth or a few weeks there after. If not, they are generally followed by a pediatrician. If they do not decend on their own, then they are done so surgically - the age may vary from a few months to 5 or 6 years of age... depending on the parents and Dr.

they should be descended before birth- if not surgery is done soon after it is discovered. The poor testes could be wrapped up around things they shouldn't be wrapped up in. That could cause lack of blood flow and maybe kill off the testes. No boy wants that
They get bigger as the boy grows and hits puberty.
