Pre-ejaculation Fluid (Precum) and premature ejaculation (Male Premature orgasm)
Excessive oxytocin, epinephrine or/and androgen hormones promotes the production of precum with a high level of prostaglandin E-2 (for inflammation of the bulbourethral glands), while excessive epinephrine (in the sympathetic alpha receptors) and a lack of the serotonin and GABA nervous modulation on the dopamine and sympathetic nervous function trigger a flooding of precum for premature ejaculation (orgasm). Over-masturbation generally burns out the serotonin and GABA nervous modulation on the the dopamine/oxytocinergic and sympathetic nervous function and disable then the parasympathetic /sympathetic erectile function with excessive prolactin and epinephrine in the bloodstream. excessive. A weak serotonin and GABA nervous function will also result in excessive oxytocin release to let the oxytocinergic nervous function over-excite the prostate and bulbourethral glands for excessive testosterone-DHT conversion, excessive prostaglandin E-2 production, and precum release. PC exercises can stimulate the prostate gland to produce oxytocin to heat up the prostate itself, seminal vesicles, bulbourethral glands for ejaculation presure/urgency and more precum to go! Please note Oxytocin can increase the testosterone-DHT conversion. Penile enlargement exercises can also damage the interconnection among the bulbourethral glands, prostate and the internal ending of the fragile Corpus Spongisosum ( http://actionlove.com/image/abrasion.jpg or http://actionlove.com/image/fig6-17b.jpg ) for inflammation of the bulbourethral glands. This interconnection spot is very easily blasted or abraded by a poor-quality ejaculation jet with excessive prostaglandin E-2, leading to an induction of more prostaglandin E-2 synthesis by the local tissue. The inflammation of this spot and the bulbourethral glands usually triggers excessive precum release!

It actually is mucus. It is produced by Cowper's gland, and the function is to wash away any residual acidic urine, and to act as a natural lubricant. It does not contain sperm cells.

The Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM IV) defines premature ejaculation as a persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before, on or shortly after penetration and before a person wishes. Wow, that’s not a sexy definition. Personally, I define it as you come quicker than you or your partner wants. Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation https://tr.im/770b8

Yes she can still get pregnant. The condom has to be on the entire time. Pulling out is not an adequate form of birth control.
