Another one on depression....?

I have been in the grips of depression for a while now, I need some info. Is it wrong to actually feel guilty about being depressed? I know people have it worse then me, so I am almost ashamed to have these feelings. Im my last question I asked about sharing my feelings with those close to me, I am just worried that they will not understand what I am experiencing, and I don't want to burden anybody with my problems. Has anybody else ever been in this situation? How did you deal with it?

Is jumping on a trampoline very very good exercise?

I understand that having a trampoline is not just fun but very good exercise for the human body. I would like to learn more about it since I have a 27 year old Down Syndrome daughter and she just discovered the trampoline. She wants one for herself but I, as a father, want to investigate it. I was told that jumping on a trampoline is the best exercise there is. Is that true? Please, I would like more information since I am seriously considering buying one for my daughter. Thank you.

I just cant seem to get thin!!!!?

K no matter what i do i just cant seem to get thin at all!!! All my friends and relatives tell me im normal but i look in the mirror and i can see they r wrong. No im not that fat i weighted myself my body weight seems to be UNDER normal WTF??? how come i have a gut?I work out i eat like 2 times a day sometimes once...i once stayed 2 days without any food(no im not crazy and im not joking).Every day i work out untill i drop i swin i run wtf should i do? What new vaccines have come available since 1990? I get sick a lot and want to get any new vaccines I can to prevent any illnesses. After the routine vaccinations I got as a child I haven't gotten any more except tetanus boosters.

How can i remove Monster Grip a dangerous glue from my hands and skin.I cannot get it off and its burning me?

i didnt realize that it was supposed to wear gloves, and i tried nail polish remover, gasoline, comet, brillo,sandpaper,soap and water ,there must be something gentle out there that your grandparents might have taught you, help i really dont want to go 50 mile to the nearest hospital, and it feels like concrete, it wont come off my skin unless i take the skin with it.if you have the answer that solves my condition i will send you a small reward thanks in advance to everyone . What can I do to suppress my sex drive? Any meds or something?
