K no matter what i do i just cant seem to get thin at all!!! All my friends and relatives tell me im normal but i look in the mirror and i can see they r wrong. No im not that fat i weighted myself my body weight seems to be UNDER normal WTF??? how come i have a gut?I work out i eat like 2 times a day sometimes once...i once stayed 2 days without any food(no im not crazy and im not joking).Every day i work out untill i drop i swin i run wtf should i do? Run around the world? I just cant seem to get thin did my stomach get big or something? Plz help me with this thx

make yr meals small and alot more spread through the day. then you dont starve. this combined with excercise each day you will notice results. to better answer yr questions visit>>>

You didn't include height and weight, it would be useful, however, it sounds like you are doing things to CAUSE weight gain. Eat many small meals (no junk!) a day raises motabolism. Skipping meals causes the body to store and hold on to fat! Work out 60 mins, 3-4 times a week. Add weight training. If you don't trust family and friends to tell you the truth ask someone else.

WEll okay, Maybe you ARE thin but have a distorted image of yourself in your mind. It kind of sounsd like that's the problem here, but anyhow starvign yourself is not good, it actually stores more fat so it's harder to lose when you do actually eat. You should try eatting 5-6 small portion meals a day and exercise 4-5 times a week. You need to let your body rest t least 2 days a week. Lighten up...just try to be healthy!
