i've been having knee pain latly, its totally random but almost always happens when i cross my legs for a while or have them bent for a while......is it just growing pains??

it also happens when i run, walk, or stand or sit for awhile, basically the only time it doesn't really happen is when i'm laying down

If it usually occurs when they are bent or crossed, it is probably just normal strain on a ligament or tendon. Unless it does it frequently or at any other time or you have swelling or redness, I would not worry about it.

Yo may be hehydrated. I would drink 6-8 glasses of clean water each day. You may actually be salt deficient. Table salt is refined to where it has little or negative nutritional value. Switch to sea salt and drinking several glasses of clean water each day should ease the pain in your knees.

is it only in one knee or both? could be a lot of things, have it checked out by a doctor.
