For the longest time, I have had a really great metabolism, however, that's changed recently.
Within the last five years, I have gained a total of 95 pounds, but 45 of that has been within just the last six months. My diet hasn't really changed at all, but the weight has just begun to add up to the point where it's become very noticeable. My belly is beginning to hang over my pants, even.
Is there anything (aside from the obvious answer of eat less, etc.) that I can do to try and slow down this weight gain? 45 pounds in six months seems a little out of hand to me.
I am 5' 10" and I weigh 220 lbs.
