I understand that having a trampoline is not just fun but very good exercise for the human body. I would like to learn more about it since I have a 27 year old Down Syndrome daughter and she just discovered the trampoline. She wants one for herself but I, as a father, want to investigate it. I was told that jumping on a trampoline is the best exercise there is. Is that true? Please, I would like more information since I am seriously considering buying one for my daughter. Thank you.

I have used it for years. A doctor told me it was a smart form of exercise because it involves the entire body. It was great to me for weight loss, to help with depression, and lethargy. I have recommended it numerous times.

I've read that a mini trampoline is very good exercise for the human body, I think it's great that you are going to get one for your daughter, I think she should have some supervision while on it. Happy Father's DAy!

Park farther away from the store.
Play 'tag' for a few minutes in the park.
Walk to the corner store or activities that are in the neighborhood.
Dance - 10 minutes of dancing burns 55 calories.
Sign up for an exercise class together or go for a swim.
Use a push mower to mow a lawn ? 10 minutes of pushing burns 45 calories.
Rake a lawn - 10 minutes of raking burns 40 calories.
Take stairs instead of an elevator.
Connect with neighborhood walking groups.
Join a group that does mall walking.
For 1 hour of TV watching, walk once around the block

Yes! My neighbors have a tramp, and I love to jump on it. To me, just jumping on it gives me a workout! I don't know about the best excercise, but it gives you a really good workout! Hope you consider one.

yes it is, jumping is one of the most effective way to keep your heart rate up.
