My boyfriend of 8 months and I have only been having sex once or twice a month lately because of our crazy work schedules and being exhausted most of the time. I work days, he works nights. i stretch out my leg to lie down or to stretch and i feel it come apart in my knee..i dunno what it is. I think it's b/c in high school, i would pop them on purpose, and it's cuasing them to grind together now. i feel 'stiff' in my knee if i don't move around. is this 'alright' will it get worse? cause arithritis? let me know.
