Anorexia is not defined by height and weight is more of an obsession. If you are that size and weight and eat regularly and excersise normally then you might be a bit underweight but you aren't anorexic. Anorexics eat next to nothing and are often known for being excessively active (excersising a lot) to try and lose weight because they feel the are too fat/weigh too much. It's normal to be concerned about your weight but when it becomes your whole life then it is a problem. Just go for a check up with your doctor and if s/he is concerned they may get you to see a dietician to see about putting you on a diet to put on a bit of weight.

You didn't say how old you are. If you're in your early teens 90 lbs and 5 ft tall would be about right. If you're grown that would depend on your ethnic heritage, some nationalities are natrually smaller and lighter than others. Also on your gender, as women are generally smaller than men for humans. (As compared with many insect, fish, and reptiles, where the female is generally larger than the male.)

At any rate if you love eating food you're probalby not anorexic, as poeple with anorexia are afraid of food. They avoid eating, while mentally they worry about food and their weight. If you know you're not eating properly you probably also know what you need to be eating. Trust your body's wisdom.

Are you having problems with eating? Do you have any reason to believe that you may be anorexic? There are many symptoms. If you seriously think you may be then you really need to talk to your physician. You know that if you don't eat properly then you will need to change your diet. You will have muscle loss etc.

Five foot, three inches, and Ninety pounds.
Yeah, you're underweight.

In fact, your body mass index is 16. You're anorexic. See a doctor or therapist. This could be fatal.

Well you need to take some personal responsibility and eat right. You can't always do as your body commands you have to have self-control. It may be hard but thats why fat people die off, and healthy people get to live, because they can exercise self-control

Sorry we are a bunch of dumb Americans and don't understand the metric system (no wonder I flunked chemistry!). Thanks for converting. Eat healthier food. Add fresh juices & low fat dairy (yogurt, ice cream, milk). Cereal with milk that is fortified with protein powder is great. Good luck.

How old are you? How often do you eat? Do you see a doctor regularly? There are many other factors to consider.
