Your mom needs to begin by scheduling some alone time. She can relieve some stress by taking leisure walks or long hot baths. Find out what things are relaxing for her. Maybe planting a beautiful garden or reading a book. If she is a single parent, you could help her with the cleaning or cooking to relieve some of the stress of the household chores. Remember her health is vital to your happiness.

If she has a significant other than she needs a body massage and maybe excercise. Or have someone take her on a long ride and grab a drink or something that will help her relax. Personally, I go around people that I know that I don't have to wait on, but is enjoying.

She needs a break...Some rest & relaxation. That always helps me..And if I can't take a vacation,,walking helps me releive stress.
