the original bite got infected but now spots are apearing all over my face and shoulders, sometimes itchy, but getting worse, have taken anti hystermin tabs.

you may need triple antibiotic if still red. u should call the dr. also since it's been so long.
hydrocortizone can help the itching!

See a dermatologist. Take photos now, in case it isn't related to the bite. It may reoccur.

What kind of bite was it? You should go to a dr. It might be that you were infected with something, such as lupus...
