Of course, there are meat-eaters becoming vegetarians. But what influence or reasons some vegetarians become back to meat-eaters?

Some multi-vitamins get there source from meat. The ones that i'm 100% sure that don't contain meat have to be taken multiple times a day, which i don't want to do.

I am a vegetarian and boyfriend is a meat lover. I'm tired of cooking double meals just to feed the two of us. I want to find a website that has recipes that would be appetizing with no meat that he would like, as well as some recipes that could be cooked meatless.

I have always toyed with the idea of being a vegetarian, but I don't know how to go about changing my lifestyle. I am still in high school so I usually just eat what my parents buy, and they are very big meat eaters, so I am not sure how to start. What should I eat to get all my nutrients, without killing my tastebuds? I brought this idea up to my parents before and they kind of laughed, but I want to have more knowledge this time so I can actually talk about it with them so they know I know what I am doing.

I have decided to give vegetarianism a try for the apparent health benefits, but whenever I go to the local health food stores, I'm amazed at how much sodium many vegetarian and vegan products contain. I saw a package of vegan cheese yesterday that had 990mg of sodium per serving. With my high blood pressure, that one slice of cheese has exceeded my sodium intake for the entire day. I can understand common commercial foods having so much salt, but I thought vegetarians would be a little more concerned about such things.

They also make a jalapeno cheddar and a sundried tomato flavor. Are these just as tasty? At $3.99 for 4 sausages, are they worth trying? I'm glad I lucked out with the apple flavor!
