Mush together: 1 carton of Tofu 1 pack of Bean Sprouts 2 cloves of Garlic 11/2 Tbs Soy Sauce 1 egg and Bread crumbs (just a little hand full) Coat them with bread crumbs and fry until crispy on the outside. It sounds sorta nasty, but it's SO! good. It's like my favorite meal.

note to yahoo this is Not Advertising.. I'm only answering question where to get vegetarian recipes. www.vegetariantimes.com
www.veggie123.com
here's my fake meat recipe 14oz canned pumpkin mix in oatmeal & wheatgerm or bran
add in Soya Sauce. mix form balls or patties
or make fake meat loaf. To fool meat eaters
sprinkle a little vanilla in the cooking oil to hide the veggy smell! Cause mixture has no oil in it
you have either grease loaf pan or put oil in
frying pan or on griddle. Not need oil if cooking with spagetti or macaroni but better tasting if you do dip them in oil! Sunflower oil
or Corn oil is best!

Vegetarian stir fry. Stir fry any vegetable you want. But I use, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, potatoes, carrots and peas. A good side dish is carrots and turnips mashed together. I had just as a meal vegetable spaghetti squash with marinara sauce. Another side dish I make is summer squashes with butter and Parmesan cheese. I hope this help you

Cook basmati rice. Stir in tomato and marscapone sauce, tinned tuna, capers, and garden peas. It's so quick and easy. Replace tuna with other protein source like quorn, pulses, or whatever if you're a no fish vegetarian.

This may sound simple, but pinto beans prepared from dry beans with nothing but 1 or 2 tbsp of olive oil come out pretty good, are very healthy, and are 100% vegan.

I just love this, it's very simple though. Just cook a few potatoes skinned, after potatoes are cooked, add a can of barlotti beans (or pinto but I prefer barlotti), let it simmer for 5-10 mins, then add a little olive oil & a little lemon jiuce & season. it's really delicious.

I love both fruits and fruit and vegetables better, regardless how they look and taste. You desire a little of both.

In the event that it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
