breakfast: whole wheat bagel w/ lite strawberry creme cheese.
lunch: 2 grilled chicken snack raps, & a vanilla bean coolata.
and then i ate an apple, a peice and a half of wheat toast with peanut butter, and these chocolate peanut butter wafers w/ more peanut butter.
i'm asking this question, cause im trying to watch what i eat.
i also exercised this morning after breakfast.

Okay....i need somthing to eat for breakfast!!!!! It sounds CRAZY...but its true. I don't like eggs, cereal, box waffels and pancakes, and somtimes i dont have enough time to make somthin else......PLZZZZ HELP.....my life is on the line...J/K lol

dumb quiestion.. but going to ask it anyways.?

so, right now i'm kind of feeling guilty about what i ate.
i'm trying to stay on track with a diet, and i think i just went wayyy off.

Do you know those trianlgular shaped toast sandwiches ?

They are basically two slices of toast cut in half(triangular shape), in a triangular plastic box. You can buy them from mini stores, and cafeterias. I bought one today, turkey on wheat. It says on the label 237 calories per serving, serving size: one each. What does that suppose to mean? How many calories have I consumed ?

Which cake is better?

Im having my 14th birthday party and I need a cake and i can't decide. I'm debating over Giant Eagle yellow cake with Aunt Martha's frosting(they have more than 3 types of frosting), Sam's Club cake fresh strawberry cake, or Dairy Queen ice cream cake like any type.

Which type should I get??? Any help would be great!!

Is 4-year-old ranch dressing still okay to eat?

There are 2 bottles of ranch that have been sitting in my fridge since 2003. One of them has only been opened once, the other is still sealed. Are they still good to eat? How would I be able to tell when ranch goes bad?

Starbucks Order?

I'm new to Starbucks and don't know how to make orders like everyone else. The weather is getting hot, but I always get a hot drink. Am I supposed to specify if the drink I want should be hot or cold? What drinks can be ordered both hot or cold? Which cannot? What are the other options I can have? Like decaf or sugar or whipped cream? Can someone type the way I can make a fancy order verbatim? Like what is the proper way to make such and such an order with such and such fancy side options?
