I think you may have the same problem as I do. I like to eat the morning meal that is called breakfast, but I don't like most breakfast foods. I prefer to heat up leftover dinner meals or stop for a burger at an all night fast food place. Chips and salsa are good in the morning. I just don't eat traditional breakfast food. Open your mind and just eat whatever you want and like!

Who says that you have to eat only so- called "breakfast" foods in the morning??
What do you like to eat at other meals? Make menu plans from that info for what you plan to eat & shop ahead of time a week or so & prepare accordingly. Do the same with your other meals- lunches & dinners.
Consider eating leftovers from the night before or lunches from the day before.
Also, you might to go to the grocery store & check out the unending amount of ready-made convenience foods that can save you time.
I would do some reading up on nutrition though. Most food not from a health food store isn't very healthy. Better than nothing though. Happy eating!

I have the same problem. I tried everything at least once. I dont like to eat hot and spicy foods because im too tired so i like something plain. I grab a pop tart on the way out of the house. Its quick and there are so many types that there has got to be at least one that you like.

I think you should go out for breakfast and try different places, eat new foods and whatever you really like try making that at home.. good luck

Well, try pizza pops or something like that if you need something quick.
If you can, make extra of whatever you have for dinner and have the left overs for breakfast.

It may sound weird, but sometimes I warm up a piece of bread in the microwave then put honey or peanut butter on it. It's quick and it tastes great to me.

Bagel or English muffins in the toaster with herb and onion cream cheese. Or,
melt cheese over toast in the toaster oven.

I make a smothie every day. Oj,strawberries,vanilla yogurt, and vanilla breakfast drink package. It's good for you. If you dont like something in mine just change it to something you do like.

I agree with you,, I don't like breakfast either,,I started taking along with me ( because I just can't eat too early) Granola bars. There are alot of different kinds to try...maybe you can find one you like.

tostitos chips and salsa w/orange juice, it rox, that was my xmas breakfast, lol. or try yogurt, or muffin? or a fruit salad, maybe a sandwhich? ice cream and milk :) i have always wanted to try that. u should try it for me!!! :D :D lol. well good luck finding ur breakfast. ham and cheese hot pockets r also awesome, i luv'em.
