breakfast: whole wheat bagel w/ lite strawberry creme cheese.
lunch: 2 grilled chicken snack raps, & a vanilla bean coolata.
and then i ate an apple, a peice and a half of wheat toast with peanut butter, and these chocolate peanut butter wafers w/ more peanut butter.
i'm asking this question, cause im trying to watch what i eat.
i also exercised this morning after breakfast.

Sounds good, but I'd add a few more veggies and some fruit.
The coolata probably has too much sugar in it (I'm not sure what it even is).

Because you exercised after breakfast this is pretty good cause the rest of the day you seemed to have consumed some good protein which feeds those muscles but watch the peanut wafers not to much.

I think you got the diet all set! just stick to it but don't get too much under-weigh andmake sure to drink something every meal.But I'd add a few more veggies and some fruit.The coolata probably has too much sugar in it so I would pass on it. But if you love it eat and exercise. I don't think you are fat or any where near it. Trust me I am a doctor.

In volume it isn't that much, but you had too many bread products at lunch and peanut butter is good for you but high in fat.

If you get rid of either the coolata or the wafers you will be all set. It is good you are excercising and you should be fine.
