They are basically two slices of toast cut in half(triangular shape), in a triangular plastic box. You can buy them from mini stores, and cafeterias. I bought one today, turkey on wheat. It says on the label 237 calories per serving, serving size: one each. What does that suppose to mean? How many calories have I consumed ?

474 calories by my reckoning.
Ours would have read Servings 2
237 calories per serving

you consumed 237 if you ate it all.if it said serving size was 2 and the calories per serving were 50 then the serving size for the whole thing would be 100.understand?it can sometimes be confusing
