I think it is okay to cheat on your diet now and then, but make sure you exercise, too, so you can burn that extra fat from the foods you just ate. If you do this again, make sure you eat a small amount, not a whole lot at one time, okay? It's best to be safe than sorry.

Peanut butter is good for you, it is full of protein.

Are you full, because that really does not sound like a lot to me. Nothing to feel guilty about. This crap grates on my nerves so badly. everyone is not supposed to be rail thin and that was not a meal. Dieting is fine at times but I believe more so in healthy eating habits.

Maybe you could forgo the cookies while dieting but everything else is fine.

Geesh, could you please eat some fruit & veggies.

Sounds like you are seriously craving nuts. Peanut butter isn't real good on a diet. Not alot of food really just a lot of one type of thing. Try eating raw nuts, better for you

peanut butter infatuation, eh? lol j/k i love peanut butter too. take it easier on the p.b homie. maybe the wafers or just the toast was enough for a snack at a time. its actually pretty good for you,..only in certain amounts though. u can get bak on regular routine though. and if u didnt eat any sweets in the day your body would be lacking sugar for your energy and performance...soo it wasnt a WHOLE lot,...just back off a bit

hope i helped

Oh my gosh your going to die of fullness!!! Slipping a little bit on a diet isn't so bad as long as you have overall commitment to go back to it. Its when you don't slip up at all for so long that you completely give it up when you do slip is when you REALLY will feel bad about yourself. A little slip may make you feel guilty now. But falling off altogether later will make you really feel down once you've given up after a few weeks.
So as long as you know that your going to go back to staying committed to your diet, don't feel so bad about it. You need those little "slips" to keep your sanity. Next time, you could plan your slip, like having a cheat day one day a week. Or a cheat meal one day a week. If you are really serious about your diet, you won't cheat at all, but some do cheat just to keep their sanity and so they won't fall off altogether.

i think if you are on a diet you should have a cheat day. don't go over board but treat yourself, so you wont go crazy. what you ate sounds OK. NOW just stay on track for about another week then treat yourself again. don't deprive yourself. reward yourself for your hard work

It's not how much you eat at one time, but rather how much you eat over time. If you don't eat another thing today and eat healthy the next few days...you are fine!
