No way! Oils, eggs and so on go bad after awhile.....even with the preservatives. The bottles should have an expiration date on them somewhere, look thoroughly for it. It is better to be safe than sorry and have a VERY expensive medical bill from a trip to the emergency room.
Take care and go buy a new bottle from the store. :)

Ranch goes bad when you open it and it smells like a ranch. If there are critters grown in it then pass it on by, it is not worth the risk to try it. The one that is unopened may stll be ok as it has not been exposed to any air that could start to cultivate a bacterial form of life. To be on the safe side however try just a bit one day, and if you do not get sick it is probably ok to eat more of it. We do have some pretty awesome bacteria growing in our own bodies that can pretty well outdo most commercially grown types so it is not just a barren wasteland in there but a highly sophisticated bacterial farm that we have at our disposal with some mighty machines of our own we can crush most harmful stuff that can grow in a ranch dressing but unless you have a few days to spend in a sick bed just in case I wouldn/t risk it, could be your defenses might be down and getting ill over a jar of ranch really isn't worth it. Remember when ranch goes bad harness the appetite. If you just don't feel right after eating it throw on the saddle a visit a clinic.

Those will have gone off by now. There are eggs in this dressing and eggs do not keep that long. Chuck it in the trash.

I wouldn't chance it, especially since the dressing contains dairy. Throw it out. Even if it's edible it will taste like crap.
