There are a lot of mass building supplements out on the market- you could go to any GNC or even wal-mart and find a supplement. But the Sumo wrestlers in Japan eat lots and lots of rice. It is a cleansing food- and it has some spiritual meaning to it in thier culture but in our terms it is basically carbs. Lots of carbs. If you eat a lot of meat it can strain your liver and if you arnt working out for a body building competition it isnt very good for you. And you wont be able to eat that much. Ever tried to stuff yourself on meat? Hard to do. The body just wont let you eat too much.
Also- try drinking some slimfast or ensure. They will add extra calories to your day and they are pretty good for you.

you cant just load up on pasta and bread,or you can just get fat.Are you working out?if so maintain a protein intake of 1.5 mg per pound of bodyweight per day. Also eat several times per day,6 is optimum.Stick with cheap foods high in protein and low in fats.tuna and a box of chicken breasts from gfs go a long way and wont break the bank.Of course you do need carbs and dairy, but dont over do them and keep meals balanced. Also select whole grain breads and pasta, they arent any more money, but have more protein and are better for you.A weight gainer shake before bed can do alot also.

Lots of Carbs and protein. Since you'll be eating a lot of carbs you're going to need protein to digest well or else you'll be constipated.

Well, instead of eating junk food, eat healthy food and exercise. exercising will give you muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. and looks better too.

litterally you should eat more calories than you use. that means still keep eating balanced meals, but eat more, like two servings instead of one.
