I certainly have heard that some few human beings do consume the shells...i might in no way! in case you haven't any longer any inherent issues inclusive of pre disposition to belly or intestinal issues inclusive of diverticulitis. The shells are fairly inflexible, pointy and might splinter, inflicting any sort of issues to take place from perforation, to impaction and an infection. So chop up them between your teeth, spit out the hulls and chunk the seed! prepare makes appropriate!
