everyone thinks it is weird but i love when frosting on my cupcake gets hard. also i like when there is a layer of skin on my pudding. and i like to eat ranch dressing on my ham. is there anything weird that you like to eat?

I want to host a chocolate tasting party this summer but I live in a lower culture area so I don't have alot of information about higher end chocolate. What companies offer top of the line chocolates? I'm hoping for something VERY high end that I wouldn't be able to find or afford for anything other than a special occasion.

I'm looking for ideas to help make a menu/reipe book for myself. Anything from healthy to junk food to exotic to comfort food. Also, how would one serve it, meaning presentation, what is it good with(deserts, sides, beverages), and what time of day (if it is a breakfast/lunch/supper). you don't have to give me a recipe (you could if you wanted to,though), just the name will do.

They come in a white tub, pre-frozen. Thaw and serve. I have checked FDA-type websites for nutrition facts but have had no luck. These cream puffs are as evil as they are tasty, I know it! You can usually buy them at Sam's Club or B.J.'s. Nutri fact label should be on the bottom. Anyone got a tub they can check out for me? Thanks.
