Even veggies have natural sugar. Meats and most dairy are naturally sugar free. Don't avoid natural sugar, just the man made and added sugar in sweets and sodas.

Yes, meats, crustaceans, oceanic mammals, fish, poultry, cheese, eggs, various eatable bats, rats, dogs, various eatable amphibians, reptiles, various eatable insects, and most veggies do not contain natural sugars, but there a few types of veggies that do, as well as containing carbohydrates, of which turn into sugar while in the digestive system...

Out of real food, nothing, really. Many things may have less than 1 gram of sugar or carboydrate, but it's there. I can't think of anything that is truly sugar-free

most if not all vegetables, fruits have fructose in them( a less cousin to sucrose- or white sugar), whole grains, nuts, meat, eggs, milk...basically anything in the "raw" state.
Anything in a box or package has sugar and salt added as preservatives.

No there's not. Sugar is public name for carbon-hydrate. And all organisms are somehow consisted of carbon-hydrate. Nevertheless there are foods which are low on carbon-hydrates. Check out the link
