Is it (still) considered safe? People suggest me switching from brown cane sugar to Splenda. I find the more natural (less refined like brown sugar) a product is, the better.

Real food is always better than food that's been manipulated by scientists. I wouldn't trust it. Probably almost as dangerous as aspertame.

actually Splenda is bad for you. i forgot y, but my like 5 people told me actual sugar is better for you.

Even though they say it's safe for diabetics, I wouldn't want to go near it nor try it since it could give headaches.
