You get an easter egg in a great big box, 6-8 sweeties inside and the hollow egg. I wonder how much the manufacturer makes above what the chocolate's actual cost is ???

Well Easter only comes once a year, just like valentine, Christmas etc. Reason they are expensive is that there aren't that many Chickens that lay Easter Eggs.. LOL

I don't know where abouts you are, but in the UK they are really cheap this year. Asda are doing them for £1, you get an egg and two chocolate bars, and Tesco's is doing 3 for £3, again the same thing.

Easter eggs are really cheap this year but, people are willing to pay so the companies raise their prices and when they get to a high price they do an offer to make people buy more.

i think they're cheap this year, i live in ireland and at the minute you can get a deal of 3 easter eggs...like mars, malteasers etc for 7 euro, works out cheap, cause you get the egg and 2 bars of chocolate.

They charge high prices because the manufacturers have to reset their machines to make easter eggs just for that one time of year where as all their other products go year round.

notify ver immediately. IF not plausible , use peroxide (pour it into his mouth, use rigidity if necessarey) to make him vomit . try this till each and all of the chocolate is out of him. canines's livers can not take care of chocolate.. much extra risky for small canines. For some reason canines love chocolate. My teacup pomeranian survived such an adventure. yet we had a rought night with the peroxide medical care. The foil is somethin i understand not something approximately. the cardboard will purely pass with the aid of his gadget. Get expert help ASAP stable luch and my prayers are with you.

They're cheaper than ever this year if you go in any of the big supermarkets. I bought three medium sized ones the other day for £3! I think that's cheap.

Easter eggs are expensive simply because you are paying extra for the packaging...

Those that are seemingly cheaper this year are also much smaller this year...
