Sorry had to bring this up after being to too many childrens christmas parties lately where they served Birds package trifle as dessert. No-one ever put jelly in a trifle until Birds came up with their packaged variety. A true English Trifle has stale sponge (or sponge fingers) on the bottom topped with fresh fruit with a little juice (usually raspberries), then layered with FRESH custard (it must NOT be the type that sets), then whipped cream, topped with extra raspberries or flaked almonds. I don't know why this bothers me so much, I'm sorry but it does;-)!!

I'm looking into possibly becoming a pastry chef, and I was wondering if any of you out there had any advice on college courses, what college you would recommend, what classes I should concentrate on, any I should avoid, etc. I'm considering the art institute here in Atlanta, GA to become a CPC. I hope to eventually open up my own shop to do wedding cakes as my speciality but also do birthday cakes, truffles, etc. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks so much!!

i ate growing mold off of a rock... it was a pretty color and i wanted to see if it tasted pretty, too. I dont feel very different but my mom is thinking of puting me into an asylum.

there computer cancelled my order and i cant get a delivery till the 27th now.
Ive phoned them up but they cant do anything they said.
I'm really worried as i have no family and i'm disabled can anyone advise somewhere i could complain please

I used to make fun of people who peel it from the little end with no tab on it. I always thought of the tab like the tab on a soda can. But now I realize that the tab is the holder, and that it is a lot easier to open it from the other end if you puncture a hole with a fingernail. have you ever tried that?

Everytime I try to cook spaghetti using the gas stove, some of the ends get a burned brown-like colour. I've noticed this when I put the spaghetti in the pan (one part of the spaghettis are in the water while the other half isn't, and it's the part sticking out that gets coloured) and set the heat to maximum. They then get this color after just a few minutes. Why is this?

Well Recently i have tried orange juice and fruit punch with corn flakes. It wasnt bad all all.. I didnt wanan try the more colorful (flavour rich) cereals coz i know it wouldnt taste as good. but plain corn flakes wasnt bad. WHat about u? whatwas teh craziest thing u did with cereals? have u tries adding anything with it.?

There used to be clove flavored candy canes and clove flavored ribbon hard candy. They were really good! They disappeared off the face of the earth! This has really bugged me to no end!
