there computer cancelled my order and i cant get a delivery till the 27th now.
Ive phoned them up but they cant do anything they said.
I'm really worried as i have no family and i'm disabled can anyone advise somewhere i could complain please

I've spoken to the manager.. said it's the compers fault at there end and still nothing they can do.

Only suggestion I can make is kick up a big fuss, Get in touch with local papers and explain that you are disabled and what the situation you are in.
Then tell Asda head office, they will get onto the store manager and tell him to deliver your groceries. If the manager wants any future with the company he will soon sort it out.

Explain the full situation to the duty manager. Tell them that you have already spoken to the local paper who are extremely interested in the story and want you to contact them with the outcome of this call.
Before you know it some spotty Asda kid will be pushing a trolley all the way to your front door.

you need sum 1 who is close 2 u 2 help u out u cant rely on asda now as they have told you they cannot deliver till 27th wot alot of good that is surely sum 1 could go shooping 4 ya if u live in liverpool i will go and do it 4 ya that is bang out of order

That's harsh! Get hold of their Head Office details and give them a roasting! See what you can out of them because they have REALLY stuffed up here. Explain your situation to them and lay it on thick! You can always threaten them with the media!

That is their fault, you should ring upa and ask to speak to the manager, if you kick up enough of a fuss they will get you your food on time for sure.
