I prefer White chips. To me they are not as hard and taste better plain or with dip.

I prefer the yellow corn to the white because I like the more colorful appearance for the meal. In addition, the yellow usually have more corn flavor. However, my favorite tortilla chip is the blue corn! You can't beat the flavor and the color is great with most dishes I make.

check the ingredients. i believe that the only difference in (naturally made) yellow and white tortilla chips is that the yellow ones are made with yellow corn and the white ones with white corn. you should check to make sure the white ones havent been bleached.

It depends if you like white corn than you should get that one. If you like yellow corn get the yellow ones.
