Im trying to eat healthier but i LOVE LOVE LOVE sushi and im crossing my fingers as to what the answer to this question will be. It doesnt seem very unhealthy. Rice, fish, avoacado, shrimp, none of these things sound too unhealthy to me

I am 20 weeks pregnant and I have been eating a lot of tomato soup especially for lunch. and everyday after lunch I get extremely tired. Someone told me it is because I am eating tomato soup, because of the sodium? If this is true can I water it down to help? Or is this just a myth?
