Amul cheese is pure vegetarian .. i don't know about mother dairy. Contrary to what others think, all cheese is not pure vegetarian. Many cheeses contain rennet which is a natural complex of enzymes produced in any mammal stomach to digest the mother's milk. Rennet contains a proteolytic enzyme (protease) that coagulates the milk, causing it to separate into solids (curds) and liquid (whey). There are also non animal produced rennet which is fine for vegetarians.

Some cheese do have non-veg ingredient (minuscules in amounts).

Since you are interested in knowing any, please write to the manufacturer, they must give you straight and true answer. Ask them if they know of any other that is pure vegitarian product, or pure dairy product.

Tofu is strictly vegitable (Soya) product. Most people with dairy allergy use it as cheese substitute.
