please can you name some. it would be good if they derived from lancashire produce.its ok if they not but would be good.

I heard somewhere that it is unsafe to microwave food while it's sitting on styrofoam. I'm referring specifially to those dark pink or yellow trays that meat is packed in when you get it from the store. If you defrost the meat while it's sitting on one of those trays, is it true that chemicals in the styrofoam can seep into the meat?

A thick sirloin steak grilled to perfection,sauteed mushrooms with garlic,grilled spring onions,a jacket potato with butter,creme fraiche and bacon bits,and cauliflower cheese. I have to say-it was WONDERFUL!

the fish has a single bone in it it's mild and the top part of the bone is like a triangle, it' from the pacific ocean, i used to buy it under the brand name of ocean dawn whitting, it came in a 5 lb. box....thanks for your help
