please can you name some. it would be good if they derived from lancashire produce.its ok if they not but would be good.

can be anything, sweet, sour, jam, main meal etc but has to be TRADITIONAL

Rag Pudding is a traditional Lancashire meat pudding. Still made in Bury the meat is inside suet pastry and wrapped in cloth (ie the rag) and steamed.
You can get them already made for you on Bury Market in the food hall.

cheese and potato pie.
splat/dollop/splodge... no its not solicitors... its basic spag sauce, with green lentils (splat) or orange lentils and split peas (dollop)
add curry sauce and dried fruit and its splodge... all veggy friendly.
and tehn theres the dumplings that go with it... add parmesan, or cheddar. use SRF with bicarb...the dumples get huge... if theyre wet, roll them in oats and cook on hotplate in oven... outside goes rock hard (its your spoon) and teh middle is lovely and soft...
