Almost all eggs are unpasteurized. You CAN find pasteurized eggs in a good grocery stores. They will be labeled as pasteurized. Ask the manager if you can't find them.
We buy them occasionally to use in recipes that call for an egg or egg white and does not require cooking. Using the pasteurized eggs beats using a raw one in a no-cook recipe.
They are generally a bit more expensive and they do not keep as long as unpasteurized eggs. Davidson's is one national brand that you can find in the stores in the US.

Store-bought eggs are neither pasteurized nor homogenized. The only risk from commercial eggs is salmonella, and this risk is eliminated if the eggs are fully cooked. This is only a problem with commercial eggs. Chickens that eat a natural diet (pasture, grain, and insects) and are not raised in confinement produce eggs that are free of salmonella. I sometimes eat raw egg yolks from free-range chickens, and I have never gotten sick. However, never eat raw or undercooked eggs unless you have verified that they are truly free-range and pasture-fed "Cage-free" on the box means nothing. Raising your own chickens is the best bet if you want to be sure.

They are only pasteurized if you buy enough so that you can stack them up to your forehead.
Pasteurization is heating food to kill the bad stuff. Eggs, because they are self-contained, are tricky, but it can be done. As a rule, they are not (hence the warnings about eating raw eggs, etc.)

unpastureized-the pastureization process would cook them in their shell.
