Try porridge. You can prepare the day before and heat up in a microwave. Takes about 7 minutes %minutes then stir followed by 2 minutes then stir and add in some sliced banana for flavour and energy.Leave for 6 minutes to cool. All this can be done while you dress and wash etc.
Happy Christmas.

Nobody could dislike a bowl of Crunchy Nut Nutty!

OK - try this.
Tonight chop up some fruit and put natural yoghurt over the top, a few chopped nuts and honey; leave it in the fridge overnight and you have a quick tasty breakfast in the morning.

Peanut butter spread on a pita. Put a banana in the middle. Roll it up. It has everything to keep you energized throughout the day. You can even freeze the banana a lil. Just make sure it is still soft.

take 2 eggs, some milk, 1 slice of cheese. Crack eggs and empty contents into microwave bowl. Break up cheese into small pieces and put into bowl, add milk (about 3 Tablespoons). Mix and nuke for about 3 Minutes on high, stir and cook until eggs are no longer runny. Enjoy
