BIRYANI, PULAO, DHANSHAK, KHICHDI and all other such heavy rice preparations containing loads of oil and spices. Butter chicken and the like, fish, meat, prawns and shellfish are an absolute NO!
Stick to cereals, porridge, fresh fruits and juices, eggs, toast, yoghurt, croissants/bread/toast/chappatis/parathas and tea, coffee or a glass of milk for breakfast.
Best things taken on an empty stomach from rising till 12noon are simply fruits and fruit juices to cleanse the system and not overload it before noon/lunch time.
