Maybe "conditment" isn't the appropriate word to describe what I'm looking for. I guess I would like droplets? or maybe powder? something I can conveniently add to any food or beverage that will help give me a boost. As I was sipping my orange juice this morning I thought to myself "gee... I could really use some caffeine today"... but I don't drink coffee and thought just adding a few drops of caffeine to my juice would be perfect.

Anyway, do you know of any place that makes this or sells it?

I am assisting a lady at a dinner function in Texas Sunday evening at a plantation. This is my first temp job. Would it be tactfull for me to bring a snack dish to it? Like one of my banana bread loaf or some cokies? Or would it look like I'm trying too hard? I've had outstanding reviews from my bacon & cheese egg bread, and it's hard enough trying to get a job out here that I would enjoy.
I'm also hosting a game developers meeting/potluck the day before, and I might get a whim to do some cooking there as well. But I don't want to exhaust myself.

A twelve portion lasagne, made with best minced steak, all crusty cheese and golden on the top, a huge pot of chicken curry, using every scrap of meat from 2, 4lb chickens, 20 man's fist sized jacket potatoes with grated cheddar, garlic and herb cream cheese, crumbled bacon, butter, baked beans, coleslaw, or garlic mushrooms to put in them, a huge pot of pilau rice, and I got four long french sticks and cut them into four lengths, then in half length wise and made pizza's with various toppings, pepperoni, spicy beef, smoked ham and mushroom, peppers, onions etc. Also ten onion bajee's, ten veg samosa's and ten minced lamb ones.

As someone who has recently started cooking, I am extremely confused as to the difference between all of these things. I understand that they all belong to the onion family in a broad sense, but how can I distinguish between them? Do some or all of those terms refer to the same thing?

Cows have to be milked each day, sometimes twice, but the milk I buy in shops is dated anything up to 10/12 days in the furture. How can it be fresh and without preservatives ?
What happens to the fresh milk ?
It just does not make any sense.
