The PC brigade probably couldn't find a single joke they could allow.
Although i suspect its to do with globalisation of manufacturing and they all come from the same factory in china, so jokes would have to be country specifc and put the price up.

I don't know but they should. I used to love those. When they stopped putting jokes on lolly sticks, my dad used to tell us he had a joke on his lolly stick and made one up for us! We believed him until we were 14 or 15.

blimey, I remember them and Mr Men ice lollies, penny sweets, black jacks, 5p and we had a bag full of goodies, but the boys next door always got 10p and we were so jealous...
