Baked spaghetti ! First go through the usual steps boil the noodles and cook the sauce then in a casserole dish put a layer of sauce first ( it stops noodles from sticking) then layer of sauce, ( you should add hamburger meat or Italian sausage to sauce) over the noodles the final step is over the sauce on top you spread a mixed layer of mozzarella and parmesan chz. while your putting the casserole together you should warm the oven at about 350 so when it as all put together you can slide it right itno the oven ! The chz over the top works kinda like a seal and keeps the sauce from drying out and when it is done you can cut and serve it like lasagna ! It keeps well for a few days so u could make it monday and much on it the rest of the week!

Fry some chicken til it's cooked through and then add some stock (made from boiling water and a chicken stock cube), add cream, same amount as the stock, let bubble for about 3 minutes and serve with rice.

Any jars of sauces added to either mince or any meat cubed and fried as above, served with either rice or pasta are very easy to do.

Alternatively buy frozen foods that just have to be put in the oven for 20/30 mins, they are simple to cook and there are loads of things like that now.

Its now winter warmer time. How about a shepherds pie. In an ovenproof pan or dish Brown an onion, add mince fry until brown all over. Add in carrots,(baked beans optional!), add stock cube and pour water over mince until just covered and cook not boil for approx 1 hour. After an hour you can thicken with Bisto. Ahhh

Once the mince is cooking, then boil some tatties (potatoes) when they are ready mash them with some milk and butter and pepper.

Once mince is ready then spread the mash ontop of the mince, pop under the grill until the top has been browned. I think if you put cheese ontop then you have a cottage pie.

I would invest in a three tier electric steamer.
It's wonderful it cooks all the food and you don't loose any of the nutritional value.
you can cook vegetables and meat in it, i use it to cook lamb chops and pork chops and all the veggies to go with it, it's good because everything is cooked at the same time.
All the juice goes into the drip tray, mix in a little gravy mix and you have a really juicy meaty gravy.
Nice healthy grub, that only takes half an hour.

Sounds like your allergic to seafood as am I.
Here is an easy one you can also freeze some in individual size containers
fully Bake a plain chicken. Cook some egg noodles. (broad) Do not cook all the way, as they will be recooked and get mushy. When those two items are done. Dump Noodles in cassorole dish. Cut up chicken piece's and add them. Then add. Cream of chicken soup. Stir and cook on 425 degree's for about 30 minutes. We like to add peas to ours as well. As for how much to add. for 1 can of cream of chicken soup use about 1 cup egg noodles, and 1 small chicken breast. i would say about half a side. Remeber you can make this larger and freeze it.

Get down the library and grab yourself a few good cookbooks, start with pasta, traditional english and go from there.
Please don't eat beans on toast all week, you'll end up with no mates and takeaways aren't all that bad as long as it's in moderation. Remember to treat yourself now and again.

I tend to make a lot of veggie wraps - Roast a red pepper by lying it directly on the gas flame until it's black all over. Peel it, slice it and put it in a wrap with some brie. Put the wrap in a hot frying pan (no oil!) until it's hot and then enjoy the oozy, melty brie/pepperyness :)

Same thing works well for other roast veg (courgettes, tomatoes, baby sweetcorn) and a mexican spice mix. Add a little bit of sour cream, salsa and grated cheese and you're away!

Parmesan chicken tenders - Chicken tenders can be found in the poultry area of your grocery store in packs of 5 - 10. Place tenders in bowl, add 1 tablespoon of mayo, just enough to coat the tenders. In another bowl add grated Parmesan cheese (you can even add a little Italian herb to the mix)take mayo coated tenders and bread with the Parmesan cheese. Bake @ 375 for 10 - 15 minutes. Very easy and very good.
