Roast leg of pork with crispy golden crackling, sage onion, apple and lemon, and Apricot and walnut stuffings, crispy golden roast potatoes and apple sauce, or roast rib of beef, with light Yorkshire puddings, golden roast potatoes and horseradish sauce...plus a load of fresh steamed veg straight from the garden, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, little baby potatoes with the skins on and brocolli...it's for eight lads after they've played football on Sunday

Would you serve just pastries and coffee or would you have soup and sandwiches as well for the lunch crowd? Would you stay open late into the evening or close shortly after people get off work?

they are from trees and come in full branches almost. they are round balls with a thin green shell covering. you peel of the covering and inside is a somewhat mushy (eye looking) yellowish whitish fruit. you simply put it in your mouth and suck until you get to the seed. they are so amazing. i had them when i was in the dominican republic. does anyone know the right spelling of these? or even better, does anyone know where i can get these... like order them, buy htem at a store. idk.
