Peachy is not only adorable, but absolutely right, assuming quail eggs and chicken eggs react to boiling the same way. A whole, fresh, raw 1.8 oz. chicken egg has 212 mg of cholesterol. A whole fresh boiled chicken egg of the same weight also has 212 mg of cholesterol. One could reasonably assume that a whole, fresh, raw quail egg weighing .3oz, which has 76 mg of cholesterol, would have 76 mg of cholesterol were it hard boiled.

And if you want an egg with absolutely no cholesterol, try this - a 1.8 Oz turtle egg has 0 mg of cholesterol. I assume that's a raw one. I would also assume that were it hard boiled it would still have 0 mg.
