Well it all starts in a wine glass and ends up flowing through your body.... your kidneys filter out stuff they don't like and it is flushed into your bladder (storage tank). Next thing you know - you gotta go and out she comes through your pee-pee.

It's just a term used for little bitty kids so that they can express their urinary needs without embarrassment especially in public situations and social settings.
