Gosh I don't know what they are called but it's a Mexican thin fried bread thicker than tortilla. Handmade and it's spread with refried beans and your choice of (Chorizo-mexican sausage, Barbacoa -roasted pork, or Pollo-chicken) and then shredded lettuce, diced sweet onion, cilantro, and sour cream topping. They are so good

well basically, as an asian race I love spicy foods, i also like to eat vegetables and meat evenly but all of this my most favorite food is more on any kind of soups.

I´m Brasilian, my favorite food is "Feijoada", "Acarajé", and here is very usual to eat , rice and beans together and steak or frie egg.
