for me that would be the whole batch.. I love sugar cookies, especially the soft ones, and I always eat way to many and have to end up making more to replace the one`s that I have eaten...

I guess it would have to depend on whether or not you've eaten anything else all day, but I just really don't like to limit myself when it comes to sugar cookies! I could eat a dozen EEEEZZZZZ!

One thing you must think about though.... Are you going to save enough to have another cookie binge another night or are you just going to save 1 or 2?

Four or more is too many. They are full of pure sugar, fat, and zero nutrition. They will flood your system with insulin. This will make you tired and lethargic the next day. Your feel your best when your blood sugar stays stable.

Want to eat more sugar cookies eat protein with it. Balance your sugar with protein like beef jerky.

Well in one sugar cookie their is about 5 g of fat and 18 g carbs. So not too many!!!! I usually give myself one unhealthy treat a day, Id say no more than three.. but all DAY.. not every couple hrs!!!

never too many til your tummy hurts! Unless you are looking to be healthy then prolly 2 or 3 are one servings.
