twice it so happened ..that I bit into those cheesy top snack ( hot) and the cheese got stuck to the roof of my mouth, leaving a red painful patch.. very much like what happens if you touch some hot molten plastic.... some one from food industy can tell me, what stuff exactly do they use, instead of original cheese??? AT home even if the cheese id hot it never burns ur mouth..

Hi,
I have noticed that sometimes bacon has a yellow/green tinge on its surface, rather like the look of a film of oil on water. Can someone please tell me what causes this please?
