unfairly accused of theft by employer?

that happened to me once i walked into work and was told not to clock in them whamo i was told why i pack my stuff and went home told my parents my dad flew off the handle and told my manager off . but in the meantime i called the home office of the compant explained the situation and asked questions gave honest answers and in three days i was rehired because they knew i didnt do it and the person who did left the company , so if you are innocent stand up for your self be insistent keep calling !hope you can do it

i started a new job and within a few days some money came up missing. I was questioned and i told them that i didnt know what happened with it and that if they thought it was me that they were clearly mistaken. i felt really bad because i thought for sure they were going to put the blame on me for the fact that i was new and they didnt know me well....but within a few hours they found the money under another employees calendar and she was terminated...
