Does Tea Contain More Caffeine Than Coffee?
While coffee and tea are both sources of caffeine, the amounts of caffeine in any single serving of these beverages varies significantly. An average serving of coffee contains the most caffeine, yet the same serving size of tea provides only 1/2 to 1/3 as much.(Ref.: Caffeine by The Institute of Food Technologists' Expert Panel on Food Safety & Nutrition.) One of the more confusing aspects of caffeine content is the fact that coffee contains less caffeine than tea when measured in its dry form. The caffeine content of a prepared cup of coffee is significantly higher than the caffeine content of a prepared cup of tea.

Green tea has caffeine in it. Arizona tea probably does also. I'm surprised you sleep at all if you drink those right before bed. Try chamomile tea,if you're going to drink any kind of tea at bedtime.

No, tea does not contain caffeine but 'theine'. It has the same effects however. Green tea is made of herbs and is good for your health. It does not contain 'theine'.

Yes, it does (unless it is decaffinated, in which case the packet/box should say "decaffinated in big letters so that even your friend cant miss it). The only tea that does not have caffiene is herbal tea
I think your friend should read the label, too
