seriously, just go to the supermarket that you shop and ask the people that work in that area. I have done that before, and now I know that Brookshires gets their shrimp in on tuesdays! All the best.

Supermarket delivery dates can vary by store. The best thing to do would be to ask the store you usually shop at when they normally get their produce delivered.

on fridays or saturdays or even sundays the end of week when they change their papers and new sales start and that means they got a shipment of the stuff on sale and its all fresh
