Today I'm having roast chicken, but I prefer roast beef! Good Finga licka! And that gravy...uhhhhmmm!

I'm a vegetarian so maybe i shouldn't answer but my favourite roast to cook is roast pork! it always goes down really well with garlic and rosemary roast potatoes and a selection of vegetables. oh and not forgetting the crackling cripsed up just so!

for me tho you can't beat a local pub for sunday roast, i'm going there with my entire family in a few weeks for my birthday, and they do four different roast meats to choose from (i pass on that) but the total amount of veggies they come and serve you is about 12 dishes! everything you can imagine, they serve it from roast and boiled potatoes to roasted onions, ratatouille to peas, brocolli to butter beans! i'm so looking forward to it!

Beef if I'm eating at home, if I go out for sunday lunch I alway have lamb because I always over cook it and restaurants get it just right.

roast beef, to be specific rolled forerib of beef, yorkshire pudding
roast potatoes, cauliflower/broccoli/carrots, mashed potato, with spring onion, and gravy, followed by homemade deepdish apple pie and fresh cream and a cup of tea. bliss. regards LF

Roast lamb with all the trimmings. smells lush when it's cooking and tastes divine once done. Yum yum.

Ist it has to be cooked by me , I like roast lamb with crispy roast pots ,roast parsnips , swede,carrots,brocoli,nice gravy yorkshire pud , mmmmmmmmmm
