food alone does not make a person strong. Excercise is what does, food helps, but ONLY when coupled with excercise. If you want to be strong you should do strength training and lift weights. endurance excercises like funning/jogging, biking or swimming are also good. Now once you have the excercise down you will need to eat protein (whole graines, fish, meat , nuts, legumes) carbs (cornbread, fruit, bread, oatmeal, potatoes) veggies and fruit
Good luck

you want to be strong not fat, right, so you must eat a balance diet keeping in mind your present weight and height. Your diet must have plenty of proteins(if you want to have muscular body) like meat, eggs, milk and dals etc. along with carbohydrates like rice, wheat products along with fruits and vegetables. You must have some fat in your diet, which can be on higher side, if you are slim. Now, you must exercise to burn this food and built your body..And remember to have good digestion, you need to drink plenty of water, not aerated drinks.

Milk can make you strong. You should know that. But not overnight, you have to drink it everyday. It makes your bones strong.

This will help with a healthy diet, good exercise regimen, and vitamins and supplements. I use Twinlabs and Shaklee and they are both first rate. Add acidophilus and bifidus supplement to your diet, you need these bacteria for proper digestion - you will have no acid reflux or indigestion - and they are inexpensive. Get the full value from your food!!
Take care of yourself!!
